Texas Proposal: JAIL Any Federal Officials Trying to Enforce New Gun Restrictions in the State

Speaking of Texas, here's another reason to know hope:

A Texas lawmaker says he plans to file the Firearms Protection Act, which would make any federal laws that may be passed by Congress or imposed by Presidential order which would ban or restrict ownership of semi-automatic firearms or limit the size of gun magazines illegal in the state, 1200 WOAI news reports.

Republican Rep. Steve Toth says his measure also calls for felony criminal charges to be filed against any federal official who tries to enforce the rule in the state.
Let's hope and pray this proposal becomes a bill, that it's passed, and then ENFORCED.

And then there's this traitorous senator from WVa, who ran pro-gun: "Everything is on the table."

I hope his constituents are burning up his phone lines...

Our people and other people I think will attempt to bunker down at best and wait for them to come to our homes, and at worst do nothing. Instead, there should be a creation of the New Army of Northern Virginia and the New Army of the West per se. History shows the present path leads to genocide-y'all know that, but others don't. I'd rather be signing up to be led by sincere, knowledgeable generals in defense of our homes, religion, and Jeffersonianism. Wait and see is really 'wait and die.'

Let's hope Texas can actually follow through this go around. When David Simpson introduced a bill in 2011 calling for the arrest of TSA workers who inappropriately touched passengers (i.e...follow the law), the Feds threatened to turn the state into a no-fly zone causing the Texans to cower and back down.
