Latino activists vow more Trump protests as tensions heighten

Better fasten your seat belts, folks, because our Latino conquistadors are preparing to "escalate" the level of violence. And you thought this riot was bad. These fellas are just getting warmed up, according to one of their own organizers:

Latino activists said they expect more large protests as Donald Trump moves his presidential campaign into California.

Trump faced large and hostile demonstrations outside a rally Thursday night in Costa Mesa and at the Burlingame hotel where he delivered a speech to the California Republican Convention on Friday.

“I think it’s going to get worse if he gets the nomination and is the front-runner. I think it’s going to escalate,” said Luis Serrano, an organizer with California Immigration Youth Justice Alliance. “We’re going to keep showing up and standing against the actions and the hate Donald Trump is creating. We are going to continue to just show up in numbers and stand together.”
"Escalate," huh? Sounds like a threat. So what happens when Latino or other ethnic groups decide they don't like other policies or ideas? Will they riot, burn, and vandalize our cities? From the looks of things, we're turning into a banana republic.

Quote of the day

A commenter at Steve Sailer on "race hoax" vs. "race fraud": "A hoax is just a trick, a prank. But a fraud is a lie told in order to gain something. And in American law, you do not need privity to suffer damages from a fraud. Anyone can suffer damages, not just the intended victim. And the people perpetrating these lies are most assuredly trying to gain from them."

Target’s Stock Plummets as Boycott Crosses 1 Million People

Need some good news? Check out what happened to Target when it decided to appease the LGBT bullies:

Target’s corporate stock has plummeted significantly this week, after a petition to boycott the store crossed 1 million signatures.

The petition and subsequent boycotts are a result of Target’s corporate campaign to open up bathrooms and changing rooms in their stores based on internal gender identity rather than biological anatomy. The new policy has sparked concern that predators will use the store’s policy to target others, specifically women, by claiming that they feel like a woman on the inside. ...

Amid the turmoil surrounding the new policy and the immediate abuse of it in Missouri, the company’s stock fell from $84.10 per share on April 19 to roughly $79.36 as of Friday morning. That loss of $4.74 per share, if constant, would represent a corporate loss of over $2.5 billion.

Just this week, a biological man was arrested after allegedly secretly filming a woman trying on bathing suits in a Target dressing room in Missouri.
The left has successfully used economic boycotts for decades. There's nothing as satisfying, or effective, as turning an enemy's weapons against him. We need to let Big Business know there's a cost to attacking the society that supports it.

At least 20 arrested following violent protests after Southern California Trump rally

UPDATE: This report from the Daily Mail includes more details and photos the American corporate media is ignoring for some strange reason.

Waving Mexican flags and screaming threats, an anti-Trump mob in Costa Mesa defied police and made abundantly clear what they think of American law and order:

One Trump supporter had his face bloodied in a scuffle as he tried to drive out of the area. One man jumped on top of a police car, leaving its front and rear windows smashed and the top dented in and other protesters sprayed graffiti on a police car and the venue’s marquee.

Dozens of cars -- including those of Trump supporters trying to leave -- were stuck in the street as several hundred demonstrators blocked the road, waved Mexican flags and posed for selfies.

Police in riot gear and on horseback pushed the crowd back and away from the venue. There were no major injuries and police did not use any force. The crowd began dispersing about three hours after the speech ended.

As helicopters circled overhead, protesters at one point shut down the entrance to the 55 freeway along Newport Boulevard in Costa Mesa, the Los Angeles Times reported.
They break American law by jumping ahead of legal immigrants and riot when their demands aren't met. Is this really a population we want within our borders? And what happens when they're granted amnesty? Will they take to the streets when they have future demands?

From all indications, the answer is yes. Click here to see what we can look forward to.

We will be paying for this monstrous mistake for generations. God help us.

Man in animal suit shot outside Baltimore TV station

Oh, no. Don't Furry Lives Matter in Baltimore?

Kerry: ‘I Have Deep Reservations About an All-Volunteer Military’

This ties in ominously with our earlier post, "Defense bill would require women to register for draft." Kerry's statements in favor of universal conscription for the empire make me feel we're being set up for yet another brain-dead crusade:

In comments supportive of the idea of military conscription, something virtually unheard of among modern US officials, Secretary of State John Kerry, visiting the University of Texas today, declared himself to “have deep reservations about an all-volunteer military.”

Kerry insisted that military families have an “enormous burden” from all their overseas deployments and that the US needs to find a way to ensure that all Americans are made to “share responsibility” for the wars, adding “everybody ought to give back something.”
"Give back?" Really, Mr. Kerry? What the hell do average Americans receive from the ruling class's endless wars?

Notice that this is a so-called "liberal Democrat" making these statements. And people think I'm "extremist" for saying that DC is in the business of perpetual war.

India Installs 'Laser Walls' at Border With Pakistan

Wait -- did I read that correctly? Yep -- India intends to enforce its border with Pakistan:

After experimenting with barbed wire, surveillance cameras and even cowbells and camels, India has now reportedly introduced "laser walls" at its border with archenemy Pakistan. ...

India is setting up the laser walls to "plug the porous riverine and treacherous terrain and keep an effective vigil against intruders and terrorists" in Punjab state, the state-run Press Trust of India reported.

According to the PTI report, around 45 laser walls will be installed in Punjab state.

Lasers beamed over rivers and hills will set off an alarm and alert the Indian Border Security Force if someone attempts to pass by, it added.
Our handlers in DC assure us that when it comes to border security, Resistance is Futile. And yet, here'a a Third-World nation doing what we Americans supposedly cannot do. Hmmm.

Defense bill would require women to register for draft

There's a whole lotta potential evil lurking in the latest "defense" bill. The big controversy is about drafting women:

Women would have to register for the draft under an amendment added to an annual defense bill Wednesday.

“If we want equality in this country, if we want women to be treated precisely like men are treated and that they should not be discriminated against, then we should support a universal conscription,” Rep. Jackie Speier (D-Calif.) said.

The House Armed Services Committee voted 32-30 to include the amendment in the 2017 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
But I wonder: is this the political equivalent of a street magician's misdirection to make us not notice that Congress is debating bringing back the draft? And if that's what they're up to, we have to wonder what new idiotic military adventure Congress is planning.

Also, by focusing on drafting women, no one is talking about how the Pentagram, which is already gorging on an inflated, obscene budget, is getting a $25 billion increase over the 2015 budget. So if the military-industrial-congressional complex is plotting another war that will enrich everyone from Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein to Republican Dick Cheney, it will launch that war with even more billions to squander.

Richard Weaver warned us ideas have consequences. And as Rep. Spier says in the article quoted above, equality means equality -- if we let a silly thing like biology get in the way of our ideals, then our ideals are just empty words. Yes indeed.

Austria's Freedom Party wins first round of presidential elections

Yet another sign of life from a resurgent West, this time in Austria, where the "far-right" candidate has shaken the globalist establishment to its rotten core:

This is a big shake-up in Austrian politics, the BBC's Bethany Bell in Vienna reports, as the country has had a president from the centre-left or centre-right since 1945.

The clear victory of the far-right candidate reflects widespread discontent with the status quo, as well as concerns about immigration and the economy, our correspondent says.

Support for the Social Democrats and the People's Party has been falling in recent years.
We're supposed to believe that throwing open the doors to Third-World colonization, thereby killing Western civilization, is "mainstream," and that preserving our civilization is "far-right." By taking a stand against the globalist death cult, Westerners are choosing life. Here's hoping this movement continues to frighten and stop the traitorous left and their globalist enablers.

Thanks, LBJ

Confused and disgusted by the LGBT's shrill, totalitarian campaign against privacy and common decency? It all started with Lyndon Johnson's Civil Rights legislation:

How did our society get to this point, in which males are being given the right to access the ladies room?

Legally, a big step toward such societal irrationality occurred with the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Americans chose to ignore the moral violation by the State of private property rights and freedom of association when the Civil Rights Act enmeshed private property along with government-controlled functions. So there are “public accommodations” laws in which even private business owners may not discriminate against someone based on one’s color or race, or one’s sex or national origin.
Johnson was a bully, a war criminal, and one of the most brutally ambitious politicians this country has ever seen. So he's the perfect patron saint of the LGBT jihad against society.

Your Tax Dollars At Work

Want to see over a half million of your tax dollars plummet to the earth?

Maybe there's a reason for the myth about wasteful military spending.

Quote of the day

"Schools worked better, over all, when they were paid for by local school district taxes and run by local school boards elected by the people who paid those taxes. If you don’t believe that, get a copy of the California Sixth Grade Reader from a hundred years ago and compare it to your child’s present day ninth grade reader. Then weep." - Jerry Pournelle

Texas could secede, and succeed

American Thinker sees something big brewing in the Lone Star state. It might get its star back:

Support for Texas independence is high. The latest reliable polling data from late 2014 shows that more than 36% of the state's residents are in favor of secession, with another 18% that are not sure. This puts opposition to secession in the minority.

The legalities of secession have been analyzed in detail by various commentators and, in particular, the secessionist organizations. In short, there is a very credible case that Texas could secede unilaterally and legally from the United States should a majority (i.e., the 50+1 rule) of its residents choose that route.

Across all secessionist movements, Texas is the most credible in terms of being able to immediately form a world-class independent nation.

The state's GDP is US$1.65 trillion, which would place it 12th among all nations if it seceded – barely behind Canada and Russia, and ahead of Australia, South Korea, Spain, and Mexico. Its economy will likely surpass that of Canada in the near future, making an independent Texas the natural replacement for the Great White North in the G7 top industrialized nations.
But who'd want to get away from DC's endless wars, its citizen surveillance, its skyrocketing debt, and its oh-so-noble search for previously unheard-of victims and exciting new civil rights?

Now--Culturally Marxist Currency!

Al Benson, Jr. considers what's behind Obama's promise of hope and change for your twenty:

Right after he was awarded the presidency of this country Obama said that he was going to "fundamentally transform" the United States. People could only guess what he meant by that, but those that knew anything of Obama's real background had deep suspicions that whatever he was going to do, it wasn't going to be good. Their suspicions have been more than justified. His transformation agenda (the agenda of his handlers) has been at work transforming the culture of this country. In fact, you could say that American culture has been emotionally and physically assaulted under "his" regime.

ISIS suspect reveals plans to open up route from Syria to U.S. through Mexico

Hmm - looks like there might be a downside to not patrolling the border:

One of the American men accused in Minnesota of trying to join the Islamic State group wanted to open up routes from the U.S. to Syria through Mexico, prosecutors said.

Gules Ali Omar told the ISIS members about the route so that it could be used to send members to America to carry out terrorist attacks, prosecutors alleged in a document filed this week.

The document, filed Wednesday, is one of many filed in recent weeks as prosecutors and defense attorneys argue about which evidence should be allowed at the men's trial, which starts May 9.
I suppose ISIS will be committing the terrorist acts Americans won't do.

This Day In History

In 1836, the Texan army under Sam Houston defeated Mexicans in the Battle of San Jacinto.

Harriet Tubman to replace Andrew Jackson on $20

Okay, so they HAD to put a woman on the $20 bill. But heavens, couldn't they have picked one with a more worthy record? Like many of the saints in civil rights mythology, Harriet Tubman's fame is based on exaggeration and outright lies. Michael B. Chesson examines some of the perpetrators of Tubman's phony legacy:

The texts that I have inspected are History of a Free Nation (1998; published by Glencoe/McGraw-Hill), The American Nation (2000; Prentice Hall), America: Pathways to the Present (2000; Prentice Hall); America's Past and Promise (1998; McDougal Littell); and The American Journey (1998; Glencoe/McGraw-Hill). The first three are high-school books, the others are middle-school books.

All of these texts give students the false impression that the Underground Railroad was a vast, formal system of escape routes, secret signs and safe houses by which fugitive slaves could travel to destinations where slavery no longer existed -- and four of the books contain maps that purport to show this system's trunk lines and branches. The American Journey has two such maps; Free Nation and Pathways and Past and Promise have one map apiece. All the maps are ludicrous. They convey much misinformation, and some of them are so detailed that they resemble diagrams of today's interstate highway system.

The map in Past and Promise is unusually foolish. It shows escape routes originating in the Deep South -- in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina -- and running all the way through the Upper South and into the free states and Canada. Amazingly, the same map shows a route running from southern Georgia into Florida, where it splits into three branches. One of the branches is labeled "To Bahamas." No doubt the slaves who followed that branch used submarines to complete their journeys. The Underground Railroad evidently was an Underwater Railroad as well.
Be sure to read the whole thing so you'll be ready to correct the politically correct lies sure to crop up with the new twenty.

Bernie Sanders Was Asked to Leave Hippie Commune for Shirking

Now this is instructive - a soon-to-be-released book claims Bernie Sanders was kicked out of a hippie commune because he didn't contribute:

Bernie Sanders was asked to leave a hippie commune in 1971 for “sitting around and talking” about politics instead of working, according to a forthcoming book.

We Are As Gods by Kate Daloz, scheduled for release April 26, chronicles the rise and fall of the Myrtle Hill Farm in northeast Vermont. Daloz, a Brooklyn writer, was in a special position to write a history of Myrtle Hill: she was raised near the commune in a geodesic dome residence with an outhouse called the Richard M. Nixon Memorial Hall. Her parents were close acquaintances of the commune residents, who offered them tips about wilderness living.

In the summer of 1971, Myrtle Hill received a visitor: Bernie Sanders, age 30, at the cusp of his political career with the socialist Liberty Union Party.
Now that's a real socialist for you - he thinks socialism means you don't have to work because everyone else is supporting you.

Intel Lays Off 12,000 People After Lobbying For More Foreign Workers

When Americans voice their anger at big business for importing cheap, exploitable workers from overseas, they're accused of being "racist" or "anti-free-trade." In fact, these workers have much to be angry about. Intel is the latest trans-national corporation to screw its work force:

One of the top users of foreign workers imported via the H-1B visa program announced Tuesday it’s laying off about ten percent of its global workforce.

Tech giant Intel is laying off some 12,000 workers, although it’s one of the country’s 15 largest users of H-1Bs, which are temporary visas that allow companies to hire foreign workers for American tech jobs. The big-time layoffs come even as the company has called for hikes in the number of foreign workers it is able to hire using H-1B visas.
When blue-collar workers in construction and manufacturing were displaced by foreign workers, they were either jeered or ignored. Now that white-collar employees are losing their jobs, it's different.

"First they came for the dry-wall installers, and I did not speak out, because I was not a dry-wall installer ..."

Donald Trump, the political Rorschach test

Donald Trump's call for serious border security, economic nationalism, and putting the brakes on runaway immigration from the Third World instantly struck a chord throughout the South. So of course the gatekeepers of accepted opinion portrayed Trump's success in Southern States as proof of the original sin of White Southerners, as this article in Politico illustrates:

Make no mistake, Trump’s embrace by millions of people in my region isn’t solely about economic angst. It is also about the kind of pent-up fear—made up of barely submerged racism and profound ignorance—that a reader in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, expressed to me shortly after Barack Obama’s election: “I think he’s gonna enslave us,” he said. “Look what we done to ya’ll.” ...

Perhaps we do have one thing to thank Trump for after all. His popularity has revealed a dark truth about the region: Even in the 21st century, white racial grievance, too often spoken of solely as economic despair, is alive and well and ready to be exploited.

He has awakened us to all that still needs to be done.
"Racism and profound ignorance" -- that's what drives people who don't embrace open borders, the outsourcing of American jobs, and the LGBT steamroller.

Okay, so how do the pundits explain Trump's "big win" in New York? From NBC News:

Ten months after announcing his improbable presidential candidacy at the midtown building that bears his name, Donald Trump returned to celebrate Tuesday's crushing primary win in a lobby packed with family members, fellow billionaires, and a crowd of cheering well wishers.

"I want to just thank everybody," Trump gushed. "I have great, great admiration and praise for the city of New York and the state of New York. I can think of nowhere that I would rather have this victory."
Trump won North Carolina with 40% of the vote. But Trump won New York with 60% of the vote.

I can't wait to see how the guardians of official opinion spin this one.

Cultural Marxism On The March!

No one expected the DC Inquisition - but then, no one ever expects the DC Inquisition:

The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights Condemns North Carolina's HB2

And the federal courts back the Inquisition's dictates:

US 4th Circuit rules for transgender teen in Va.

The ACLU is using many of the same arguments from the Virginia case against North Carolina's HB2, so the Cultural Marxist rats smell blood, all but certain of overturning HB2. We just had same-sex "marriage" imposed on us by judicial fiat, and soon, we'll have to allow men in women's bathrooms. And yes, all in the name of Civil Rights. Glory, glory.

Texas GOPers Vote To Debate Secession At State Convention

With disgust with the federal government at an all-time high, movements like this one in Texas -- God bless Texas! -- are sure to pop up everywhere:

A group that advocates for Texas seceding from the United States says at least 22 local Republican conventions passed resolutions last month that called for a vote on secession at the state convention, The Houston Chronicle reported Friday.

Ten of the counties confirmed to the newspaper that the resolutions passed at their conventions, but an official count is not expected until May. That goes to show the Texas Nationalist Movement has gained some momentum since 2012, when a secession resolution passed at just one county convention, according to the Chronicle.
Who knows? The final straw might be Obama's unconstitutional executive order on illegal immigrants, which is now before the Supreme Court. If the president can change demographics on a whim, we live in a tyranny, period. And there's an old American response to tyrants.

Quote of the day

“I think there’s a good reason Mississippi is crazy. The reason they’re so retrograde is there’s such a high percentage of African-Americans there.” - Edward Sebesta

Actual quote!

Now if David Duke said that, he'd be in deeeeep doo.

What ISIS Really Wants

The Islamic doctrine of takfiri mandates believers to aggressively denounce and oppose any who deviate from the pure examples of the Koran. When you boil this doctrine down to its essence, it simply means, "Either you're with us or against us."

Read the following summary of what motivates ISIS and see if you can guess the source:

Following takfiri doctrine, the Islamic State is committed to purifying the world by killing vast numbers of people. The lack of objective reporting from its territory makes the true extent of the slaughter unknowable, but social-media posts from the region suggest that individual executions happen more or less continually, and mass executions every few weeks. Muslim “apostates” are the most common victims. Exempted from automatic execution, it appears, are Christians who do not resist their new government. Baghdadi permits them to live, as long as they pay a special tax, known as the jizya, and acknowledge their subjugation. The Koranic authority for this practice is not in dispute.
Pam Geller? Robert Spenser? Donald Trump?

No, it wasn't by any of the above, nor did it appear on VDare or the Council of Conservative Citizens sites. The above article is from the oh-so-liberal Atlantic. It's over a year old, and yet many in the West still cannot reconcile the reality of what's happening in places such as Paris and Brussels with their liberal ideology. Our corporate media refuses to comprehend the incompatibility of the Muslim and Western cultures. Cosmopolitanism imagines itself to be both noble and viable because it welcomes all, but instead, it is impotent because it lacks core beliefs. What's there worth fighting for? Nothing. Little wonder some young people from Western nations feel strangely drawn to Islamic jihad -- it may be a death cult, but it's SOMETHING transcendent, something that gives life meaning.

Be careful how you pick your poster boys

Osama Krayem is now accused of playing a leading role in the murder 32 people in the Brussels terror attack. But before that, he was featured as the very model of a good migrant:

The Syrian-origin Swedish passport holder arrested in Belgium last week for his involvement in the Brussels bomb attacks is a former poster boy for Sweden’s efforts at integrating migrants into their society.

Now accused of murder, and captured on CCTV cameras carrying bags which contained the explosive devices which killed 32 civilians, Islamist Osama Krayem had once been hailed as a model of integration. A former employee of the city of Malmo, at the age of 11 Osama starred in a documentary about migrants in Sweden.

Both of Osama’s parents are Syrian migrants to Sweden, and have told tabloid Aftonbladet they wanted to see their son integrate into Swedish society. The family featured in a 2005 documentary called ‘Without Borders — A Film About Sport And Integration’, in which football-mad Krayem demonstrated how the Malmo football team had helped him settle into Swedish society.
The lesson here is that we need to be very careful about who we let into our homes. You just never know what the long-term consequences might be.

Is the Mississippi State Flag “Anti-American”?

Judge Carlton Reeves is on record claiming the Confederate flag is "anti-American." Sounds to me like the good and learned judge needs a history lesson. As luck would have it, the Abbeville Review is here to serve:

Judge Reeves thinks Confederate symbols are “anathema to anybody who lives within the twenty first century.” Of course, neither he nor anyone else knows the meaning of the twenty first century. That century has hardly begun, but I observe that it opened with the dramatic secession of 15 states from the Soviet Union which, as in our pledge of allegiance, was said to be “indivisible.” That was followed by a number of secessions in Europe which continue to this day. And secession talk has even entered public discourse in America which is a sign of the staying power of the timeless principles of Jeffersonian Americanism. Confederate symbols are the living memorial of that founding tradition.
Please read the whole thing. It's timely and powerful.

How big of an idiot is Charles Johnson at Little Green Footballs?

Actually, with the massive amount of inane statements he's issued over the years, science probably doesn't have the means of measuring imbecility of such a level. So we might never know the full extent of Charles Johnson's ignorance. But judging from the following from his blog about the lawsuit in Mississippi to remove the Confederate flag from the view of delicate African-Americans, we can make estimates. In denouncing the Confederate flag, His Lizardry said this about the flag and the War for Southern Independence:

"It’s a symbol of a pro-slavery rebellion that seceded from and declared war against the United States."

Yes, he said it. Click on the link, and you'll see that he really made that idiotic statement. Just don't expect to be able to respond in Charles Johnson's comments section, because he excludes all dissenting views.

Confederate Emblem 'Anti-American,' Says Federal Judge

Judge Carlton Reeves

We're on the cusp of discovering a new civil right -- the right of African-Americans to take down symbols they don't like, such as the Confederate flag in the canton of the Mississippi flag. And it looks like a sympathetic federal judge is poised to do just that:

A federal judge said Tuesday that the Confederate emblem on the Mississippi flag is "anti-American" because it represents those who fought to leave the United States.

But U.S. District Judge Carlton Reeves is not yet saying whether he will fully consider a lawsuit that seeks to eliminate the flag as a state symbol.

Reeves heard more than three hours of arguments about motions in the lawsuit that Carlos Moore, an African-American attorney from Grenada, Mississippi, filed against the state. Moore is asking Reeves to declare the flag an unconstitutional relic of slavery.

Moore argued that under the U.S. Supreme Court decision last summer that effectively legalized same-sex marriage nationwide, a majority of justices found the Constitution protects a fundamental right of dignity. Moore argued the state flag violates his dignity and that of other African-Americans.
Makes sense. The Constitution clearly affirms a right to abortion, for men to use the women's bathroom, and for homosexuals to redefine marriage. I can't find where that language appears in the Constitution, but, hey, I'm just a silly blogger.

‘I Thought Muslims Would Blend into Britain… I Should Have Known Better’

Trevor Phillips, who once served on Britain’s Equalities and Human Rights Commission, is man enough to admit his advocacy of Muslim immigration into Britain was a tragic mistake:

"We estimated that the Muslim population of the UK would be approaching 2 [million] by 2020. We underestimated by nearly a million. We predicted that the most lethal threat to Muslims would come from racial attacks and social exclusion. We completely failed to foresee the urban conflicts of 2001 that ravaged our northern cities. And of course we didn’t dream of 9/11 and the atrocities in Madrid, Paris, Istanbul, Brussels and London.”

“For a long time, I too thought that Europe’s Muslims would become like previous waves of migrants, gradually abandoning their ancestral ways, wearing their religious and cultural baggage lightly, and gradually blending into Britain’s diverse identity landscape. I should have known better.”

And Mr. Phillips even acknowledges that the mass sexual grooming and rape scandals that are plaguing heavily Muslim populated towns across Britain are because of Muslim – not ‘Asian’ – men. He writes: “The contempt for white girls among some Muslim men has been highlighted by the recent scandals in Rotherham, Oxford, Rochdale and other towns. But this merely reflects a deeply ingrained sexism that runs through Britain’s Muslim communities” – in a nod to those who have long protested this to be the case in the face of political, media, and even police cover ups.
Will the US learn from Britain's mistake? I doubt it -- with all the nonsense about the "exceptional nation," the carnival barkers in the corporate media will argue that the experience of others doesn't apply here, and that the mythical melting pot will magically transform Third Worlders into Americans.

The Republican Party--Can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit?

Don't believe the official lies, says Al Benson, Jr.:

One thing you have to realize--at the national level and most state levels, the Republican and Democratic parties share the same socialist worldview and so they scratch one another's backs because they promote identical socialist agendas and they don't want some rank outsider coming along to upset the apple cart they have worked at filling for the last several decades.. Both parties, working together, have moved this country a long way down the road to One World government. That's their real agenda.
That's how the ruling elite forces social reengineering on us. So-called "conservatives" such as Reagan and Bush use soothing terms to sell the same agenda as the Democrats. When Reagan or Bush promote amnesty for illegal aliens, or government takeover of the public schools, or socialized medicine, it's "pragmatic conservatism" -- that is, "sugar-coated socialism."

Thanks to the Internet, their lies don't get the traction they once did. Tick-tock ...

Independence for -- Mthwakazians?

Yes, and there's a valuable lesson for us in this movement to secede from Zimbabwe and South Africa. Every people has the right to self-determination. The Mthwakazians were not consulted when the British drew the boundaries of their African colonies. Political lines were drawn with the purpose of breaking up ethnic groups, making the populations less able to organize opposition to their British rulers.

The process is a little different here, but the idea is the same. Here in the DC Empire, government policy is to import alien populations to disrupt and destroy existing social harmony. By deliberately stirring up domestic chaos, DC makes itself the only source of domestic tranquility, thereby expanding and consolidating its power.

Don't forget -- everything DC does is in the interests of its bureaucracies and parasites.

Colorado GOP blundered on 2016 presidential caucus

We've already noted how the big shots in the Democratic Party have tipped the scales to enable the pro-war, pro-Wall Street Hillary Clinton to sew up the nomination over Bernie Sanders. But let's not overlook how the Party of Lincoln is just as corrupt and unrepresentative of the people it pretends to serve. Just consider how Colorado GOP insiders cancelled a vote so they could give the nod to Ted Cruz:

The Colorado Republican Party's decision last summer to jettison a presidential poll at its caucus on Tuesday looks worse with every passing day.

Except for the actual delegates to July's national convention, Colorado Republicans who want to have a say in the future of their party have mostly been stripped of a role in the most interesting and surprising nominating struggle in decades.

They'll stand on the sidelines on Super Tuesday while other states determine whether Donald Trump continues his march toward a possible nomination or whether his rivals can slow him down.
America a democracy? Don't make me laugh.

U.S. Naval Flight Officer Lt. Cmdr. Edward Lin Accused of Giving U.S. Secrets to China

Here we go again. In its mad rush to replace its traditional population, the DC Empire has trusted an immigrant whose true loyalties didn't change when he received a piece of paper claiming he was a true-blue American. From the US Naval Institute News:

A U.S. naval flight officer with an extensive signals intelligence background was accused by the service of passing secrets to China, USNI News has learned.

Lt. Cmdr. Edward C. Lin, who served on some of the Navy’s most sensitive intelligence gathering aircraft, faces several counts of espionage and other charges outlined during a Friday Article 32 hearing in Norfolk, Va.

Lin, originally a Taiwanese national before his family moved to the U.S., had a career as a signals intelligence specialist on the Navy’s Lockheed Martin E-P3E Aries II reconnaissance aircraft, several sources confirmed to USNI News.

According to a 2008 Navy release on a naturalization ceremony at which he spoke, “Lin was 14 years old when he and his family left Taiwan. They had to travel halfway around the world, stopping in different countries along the way.”
My "Blood is thicker than water" file can't hold any more entries. I need a new filing cabinet.

Charlotte should secede from North Carolina

The tone of this piece reeks of the anti-Southern, anti-tradition pose you'd expect from the self-anointed "enlightened" elite. But the underlying idea is one we can all agree with, that good fences make good neighbors:

So, to summarize:

Charlotte passes law to protect transgender citizens.
Hillbillies from rest of state pass law to keep Charlotte from doing the right thing.
World bitch-slaps Charlotte. ...

There’s a sensible solution that makes everybody happy, though: Charlotte needs to secede from Dogpatch North Carolina. Greensboro, too, and Winston-Salem, and Raleigh and Durham and Chapel Hill.
The point is that different folks have different cultures, with different, often conflicting, values. That's why the world is witnessing so many secessionist movements. And more are springing up.

"Senseless Tragedy"

That's how the Austin Statesman characterizes the story of Meechaiel Criner, who is in the news -- a second time, it seems. Before I mention WHY Criner's in the news, check out the unbelievable way this article begins:

Two lives. Two paths. Two Americas. One chance encounter. One heart-wrenching, senseless tragedy.

Meechaiel Criner is 17. A homeless runaway from foster care, his future seemed limited, perhaps as early as birth, long before he was charged with murder on Friday. ...

Criner was featured in a Dec. 17, 2014 edition of the school newspaper at Texas High School in Texarkana, where he was enrolled.

“Voice of hope,” said the headline in the Tiger Times. “Sophomore finds determination to help others despite traumatizing past.”

“A little boy with a tear-stained face huddles in a corner of the playground,” the article began. “The schoolyard bully jeers at him, mocking his clothes, his thick, African-like accent. Isolated, helpless and lonely — every child’s nightmare.
Okay, now let's look at WHY Criner's in the news. The "chance encounter" he had was with the young woman he murdered. That's every parent's nightmare, but judging from this ridiculously weepy newspaper article, we're supposed to feel bad for the murderer. Yes, he could have done SO MUCH with his life...

Sickening.

Country Music Legend Merle Haggard Dies On His Birthday

We'll certainly miss the Okie from Muskogee.

The Latest Front in Civil Rights

The following quote starts about :28 in the video embedded in this report from WCNC:

It was a day Janice Covington Allison knew something had to change

“I was in the ladies’ room fixing my hair,” she said. “A policewoman told me I had to leave. That was against my civil rights.”

Now, one year later, back at the Charlotte Government Center — in the same place where she felt violated — Janice rallies for the non-discrimination ordinance.
You really need to play the video so you can hear "Janice" tell "her" story in that sultry voice. Yes, "Janice's" civil rights were clearly violated. What right is more precious and more fundamental to being an American than a man's right to fix his hair in the ladies' bathroom?

So a tiny minority not only claims equal rights to employment, accommodations, housing, etc, but to the right to trump social standards. As I've argued before, the never-ending Civil Rights revolution was never about individual rights, but the destruction of traditional society.

Where does it end? It doesn't. But here's a glimpse into the nightmarish future we're letting the globalists and Cultural Marxists create. If we're forced to agree with delusional people who fancy themselves to be the opposite sex, why should't we recognize the fantasies of those who think they're not really human? While some unenlightened bigots might disagree, Otherkin, such as Elves and Tigers and Dragon People are people, too, and gosh darn it, they have rights! Check out these links:

Transgender former banker, 55, has her ears and nose REMOVED to transform into a 'dragon lady' with scales, a forked tongue and a horned skull

Watch this insane documentary on people who think they’re animals

Am I being unfair using these bizarre examples? Tell me this: In 1964, when the Civil Rights Act was passed, who would've predicted that law would eventually mandate same-sex "marriage"? Heck, as recently as 2008, both candidates for president affirmed traditional marriage. Now look where we are.

Glory, glory hallelujah!

EU Admits Terrorists Entering Europe

From the Department of Duh! comes this shocking news:

Terrorists are using the migration crisis to enter Europe and plot atrocities across the continent, the European Union’s own border agency has admitted.

In a report which lays bare the concerns about the EU’s porous borders, Frontex conceded that it does not know the true number of migrants who have crossed into the continent and has no way of tracking them.

Frontex said that EU member states had reported a record 1.82 million illegal border crossings last year, six times higher than the previous record set in 2014.

However, it admitted that the number of illegal crossings is an underestimation because so many migrants have “continued their journey without being detected”.

It warned that a “staggering number” of EU citizens have travelled to Syria to fight with Isil and that they are now posing as refugees to gain entry to Europe.
We'll be hearing about the foreseen and unforeseen consequences of this massive tragedy for generations. Europeans, on the other hand, will be facing these consequences daily. Of course, if the globalists in DC have their way, we'll have our own problems with these invaders.

When Libertarians Attack, Part II

This is getting old. But once again, another open-borders libertarian cites "conservatism" as the root cause of a Neocon's pro-war rantings. On his blog, Jacob Hornberger (whom I've argued with in the past) slams Andrew C. McCarthy for his belligerent foreign policy, and actually makes some valid points. But look how Hornberger begins his article, entitled "The Self-Imposed Blindness of Conservatives":

I find conservatives to be fascinating creatures, in large part because of their ability to deceive themselves and then convince themselves that they’re not deceiving themselves.
C'mon, Jacob! Andrew McCarthy a conservative? Please. The man writes for National Review and (ugh!) Commentary. He's a senior fellow for the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. In one National Review piece, McCarthy distilled neoconservatism down to what he called its "two most admirable premises -- the transcendent power of freedom and the imperative of confronting evil."

There's a reason Neocons such as McCarthy are always urging Americans to go out into the world in search of monsters -- it's a logical continuation of its Trotskyite origins. As James E. Miller put it:

When put in the context of Marxist dialectics, the neoconservative ideology quickly becomes a plucky mix of visionary revolution and bloodlust. Irving Kristol himself was once a member of the “Workers’ Party”—a Trotsky-influenced political group. In his Neoconservatism: The Autobiography of an Idea, Kristol admits to being “lucky to have been a young Trotskyite and I have not a single bitter memory.”

The original neoconservative was far from alone in his reverence for the man who died under Stalin’s ice pick. As neocon Seymour Martin Lipset once wrote, “the anti-Stalinists who became conservatives—including James Burnham, Whittaker Chambers, and Irving Kristol—the Right gained a political education and, in some cases, an injection of passion.” This passion includes, in that great Wilsonian phrase, “making the world safe for democracy.” Much like Trotsky’s quest to launch a socialist revolution in every corner of the planet, neocons today fight the same war.
That's why, back in 2003, when REAL conservatives such as Pat Buchanan and Sam Francis argued AGAINST launching a war of aggression against Iraq, National Review's David Frum denounced them as "unpatriotic conservatives." The self-proclaimed "patriotic" conservatives lusted for war -- that is, as long as THEY weren't doing the fighting.

If you want an example of ideologues blinded by their own ideology, look to libertarians, who imagine they can enjoy Western standards of liberty and prosperity without a Western population to support them. That's why no nation has ever been founded upon or governed by libertarianism.

Denying Housing Over Criminal Record May Be Discrimination, Feds Say

Now that the sacred right of men to use ladies' bathrooms is all but a done deal, the civil rights movement has discovered yet another right that has long been denied: the right of felons to force landlords to rent to them. So in the name of enforcing equal rights, the Department of Housing and Urban Development has issued a new diktat. It wasn't necessary to pass a new law. No, the creative minds in HUD decided the Fair Housing Act -- which, by the way, says nothing about refusing to rent to felons -- is the basis for this new policy. How did they do it? They used the principle of "disparate impact" on minorities. Clever, huh? From NPR:

HUD's new guidance warns that landlords could be breaking the law when they refuse to rent to people with criminal records — even if they have no intention to discriminate — because such a policy would likely have a disproportionate impact on African-American and Hispanic applicants.

Housing Secretary Julian Castro puts it another way, NPR's Corley reports: "When landlords refuse to rent to anyone who has an arrest record, they effectively bar the door to millions of folks of color for no good reason."
Yes, in the name of civil rights, the government has once again infringed on private property. Of course, you can still OWN property, just as you can still pay taxes on it, but your right to USE your property as you see fit has been whittled away, thanks to our all-knowing and all-caring central government.

Of course, HUD's new policy does raise questions: What about a woman who's been raped? Should she be forced to rent a room to a convicted rapist? Or would someone who was beaten in a robbery and is still traumatized from the experience have to take in a boarder with a history of armed robbery? Fret not -- the new ruling allows some wiggle room:

That doesn't mean landlords are completely barred from considering criminal records — but they'd have to prove that their policy legitimately serves to protect safety or property.
That means the burden of proof is on you, the landlord, to prove your actions are NOT discriminatory. So good luck with that when you get your day in court.

Fresh Market bans guns in its grocery stores

I used to like Fresh Market. But I'll never shop there again, and here's why:

The Fresh Market will no longer allow customers to carry guns into its stores, in response to advocates who have been lobbying for the change.

A group of activists called Moms Demand Action said they gathered nearly 4,000 signatures across North Carolina to support what they call a “gun sense policy.” The Greensboro-based grocer said this week that the group’s actions prompted Fresh Market’s former CEO Craig Carlock to work with the group to develop the supermarket’s new gun policy. ...

Fresh Market is asking customers to refrain from carrying guns into stores “to ensure a welcoming environment where our customers and employees feel safe, and treat one another with kindness and respect while shopping and working,” according to the new policy.
I'm sure a would-be robber will read that last line and decide he'll instead treat others with "kindness and respect." Yeah.
